Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, our customer service representative will contact you via WhatsApp within 24–48 hours to confirm your order.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders only: If we do not receive your confirmation, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Delivery charges must be paid in advance before your order is dispatched.
- The remaining order amount can be paid in cash upon delivery.
- A 4% Cash on Delivery handling fee will be applied to all COD orders.
Processing & Delivery Time
Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days, depending on your location.
In the rare event of an unexpected shipping delay, we will notify you via WhatsApp and keep you updated on your order status.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout and will be added to your total order amount.
Change of Shipping Address
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a change to your shipping address by contacting us via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram.
Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified.
Address Requirements
To ensure successful doorstep delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:
- House/Flat Number
- Block Number (if applicable)
- Street Number
- Area or Road Name
- Nearest Well-Known Landmark
Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be cancelled or may only be processed after advance payment, at the customer’s own risk.
